How to Have Alexa Read Notifications Automatically

There are several ways to get Alexa to read notifications for you. The first is to make sure you have enabled this feature on your device. Then, open the Alexa app and sign in with your Amazon account. Select the Notifications tab to see the list of notifications. After you have enabled notifications, you can click the button to turn on or off certain notifications. You can also enable or disable the Things to Try option.

Another way to make Alexa stop waking you up at night is to schedule Do Not Disturb. To enable Do Not Disturb, click the hamburger menu in the top left corner and select the speaker you’d like to use. Next, toggle the button for Scheduled and choose the start and end time you’d like Alexa to start reading notifications. You can use this feature for a variety of purposes, including notifications for messages you receive via email.

Once you’ve enabled this setting, you can link the device to email and calendar accounts. You can also have Alexa track the delivery of packages you have ordered from other retailers. To access your calendar on your device, simply speak the name of the package on the screen. You’ll then be notified through your smart display when the package arrives at your doorstep. If you don’t have Alexa yet, make sure to download the free Alexa app and get started!
